Last Training Day Before Nationals!

Back Hyper Extensions: 4 sets of 8 bodyweight
Grip Holds with 275: 2 sets of 20
Standing Abs: 5 sets of 10
Standing Calves: 1 set of 20 with machine stack
Leg Extensions: 1 set of 20
And that's it folks! I'm incredibly beat up right now. My grip needed a little extra work as did my abs so I think I'm good to go. I feel really beat up did I mention that? :P I plan to sleep and just relax all next week. Bodyweight right now is 302 according to the scale at the gym which is fairly accurate so I'm pleased with that. I'm going to watch my carb intake this week as well as up my water intake until Thursday where I'll drink a gallon of distilled water to flush out any extra sodium and water I'm holding and then drive up and weigh in and pick up my parents. Big Steve isn't going to be able to make it due to work but that's okay, I plan on hitting big weights at this meet and I'll post up a link to a bunch of pictures. After the meet I plan to be back on the island July 9th for about 6 weeks or so. I'm considering doing the August 1st Push Pull meet at Venice Beach so we'll see. I wont look too far ahead though, first things first, getting my second National Powerlifting Championship and getting that damn 501 bench! I should be able to give live updates on my Ipod Touch from the meet so stay tuned as I'll give live updates at the meet! Til then, Tbone Signing off!

You'll do great. Concentrate on the basics of technique over getting a big "psych". Don't eat or drink weirdly...do what you always do before training. God speed.
