Dumbbell Rows: 125lb Dummbellx10 (5 sets)

Shoulder Lateral Raise: 60x10 (3 sets)

Great session, feeling really strong. At 4 weeks out I couldn't be happier with where I'm at. My goal is to hit 485 at Nationals with the goal of 500+ falling at Worlds. So far so good, and at 4 weeks out I couldn't be in better shape or stronger than I am!
