I had my shirt on relatively loose and I still threw up 455 like it was bitch weight. Fairly confident I'll go 451, 473, 501. I'm really beat up right now, I have aches and pains all over. Thursday or Friday I'm going to hit my Squat and Deadlift openers, do some accessory ab and hamstring work. After that I'm pretty much done til the 4th of July!
