Tbone Strength 6/18/09

M.E. Squat and Deadlift

Squats

315x3 (Put on Briefs)
405x3
495x3 (Threw on Suit Bottoms)
585x1 1 set with bottom suit, 2 sets with full gear couldn't get depth
675x1 (Couldn't get depth again)
765x0 (Got plenty of depth but this TRX is a very weird suit)

Rack pulls (3 inches below the knees)
225x3
315x3
405x3
495x3
585x1

Back Hyperextensions 3 sets

Abs 4 sets

I'm going to have to use another suit that I have. While the TRX is a great suit to pull in, I can't hit depth in it at all its just way too strong and I need to just continuously break it in. If I don't use briefs I might be able to hit depth but I'm not sure. Saturday I'm squatting again and I have 3 squat suits I plan on using that session and I plan on hitting depth in one of them someway somehow.
