Pulldowns with fat bar: 4 sets of 10

Rear Delt Machine: 3 sets of 10

Dips: 30 total reps

I forgot how difficult dips are, and how awesome they are at the same time!! The gym down here got a pulldown bar which is a fat bar which has a thick diameter and made it difficult to pull down, worked the grip like crazy. Did I mention I'm going to start doing dips from now on as they worked like crazy? I'm going to try to work up to about 50 reps in a session (not in a row...well one day maybe). Tomorrow I'm going to figure out which suit I'm going to use for nationals. I have 4 different squat suits, a TRX, a Hardcore, the Max DL, and the titan centurion. Whichever one can hit depth the easiest with the most weight is the one I'm going to use. I planned to open with 578 in the squat depending on the suit I may have to go less or bigger I dunno, we'll see tomorrow.
