Okay! I tried on all of my suits and I'm going with the TRX without briefs for my opener at least. I can get depth no problem and the suit is stretched out enough to where depth isn't an issue THANK GOD! Anyway I did raw benching work more for recovery more than anything. This week I plan on working up to moderately heavy weights, and then Friday/Saturday I'm going to do a max day where I hit my openers in each lift and then deload for Nationals. My weight is right around 311 so I'm positive I can make 308 without having to hit a sauna. I'm cutting carbs down right now so I can make weight no problem!
