455x1 to 2board (Very Fast and Easy)
455x1 Full Range, Just touched, very easy press
475x1 to 2board (Again easy press)
475x1 Full Range, Touched with pause, smoke show
500x1 to 2board (stupid easy)
500x0 full range (hit the freaking uprights! easy press)
500x1 full Range (made it fairly easy second time around
455x2 full Range (paused first rep and smoked it, second rep was touch n go)

An outstanding session considering I'm running on such little sleep. We had a family emergency down here last night in San Diego but it appears everything is going to be okay. I think I'm going to open with around 455-460ish considering that I had to use that much weight in order to touch but it blew off my chest like an empty bar. I plan on going 451 473 501 on the bench. If 451 blows off my chest really fast and really easy, I'm going to go right for 501, my biggest goal out of this meet is to get 501!!!!!
