I'm posting here regularly from now on. I figure it'll be easier to check out how I train from just looking at my blog and my routine.
The last time I trained with Big Steve hitting a really stupid easy 385 floor press and missing 405 (which I shouldn't have!). I tried the Fry Press for the first time and I really liked it. I definitely think I'll be including it in my routine from now on.
