Unbelievably difficult workout. It felt great, I'm incredibly fatigued from this session and I'm drinking a serious protein shake right now and taking in a lot of electrolytes to try to bring me back. My legs and back are pumped still way after the fact. I feel good, but I'm damn tired, and I have my late class to go too, oh hell yeah!
