Loving the heavy volume. I can notice a big change in how I feel and how my strength is going up. I had to do full range bench raw today because I didn't bring my boards with me and I wasnt able to do what I had originally planned which was floor presses because the power rack was in use by people doing upright rows!!!!! Gah! But I had a dang good session. I got a copy of the VogelpohlXXX movie and I now know the proper form for Vogelpohl pulls. My lats got worked over like crazy yesterday! I mean I hit them in a way I've never hit them before which I think will help increase my speed off my chest even more which can only help in the long run.
The reason I'm going at such a heavy volume is that I really want to add some serious mass to my frame and fill out my body. I can really notice a difference in how I feel I just feel stronger and thicker. I'll get into my shirt next week to see how I've progressed given its been about I believe 3 weeks+ since I've been in my shirt and I think its time for me to give 500+ a ride.
