Great session. I'm still in shock at how fast I pulled 495. I mean I literally am speechless about how fast it went up. 545 went up too fairly fast and I had more in the tank but I'll save it. I believe 600 is possible for me by nationals if I get a good camp in. I also switched grips from having my left hand being the under hand to my right hand like I use to which helped my speed off the floor tremendously which had a lot to do with my pulling success today. Man I feel great about that I mean I think next time I pull from the floor for max weight I'm going to try to double 495 thats how easy it went up.
