Bench: 135x10, 225x10, 315x9 (I think this is a pr?), 345x3, 275x8
Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 12
Rolling Triceps: 3 sets of 10
Dumbbell Rows: 125lb dumbbellx23
Seriously freaky pump going on. I wanted to do something completely different and just go all out on high reps. Felt great, and I feel fantastic from this. I'll throw this in after Nationals. Finals are wrapping up for me and I plan to train my ass off the next few weeks. I also believe that I'll be hitting the island to train with Steve.
