I'm going to include speed squats on this day also. Traditional Westside. My routine isn't going to vary that much except on the assistance exercises that are necessary for the Coan deadlift routine. My goal deadlift right now is 565 without straps and just a belt (and suit if need be). So far I'm off to a good start.
