So I haven't been posting regularly due to an insane schedule as of late. I've been studying nonstop for the past two weeks but I've still been training. I don't remember exactly what I've hit haha but I do remember hitting this:
495 to a 2 board for 3 reps, each rep very difficult :P
Nailed 585 for 3 sets of 3 on the squat with just briefs and a belt.
Pulled 585 off the floor with my TRX suit and briefs on. Man its a strong suit and hard to get down.
I'll post in detail what I've been doing later. I'm including extra workouts and they've really been making a difference. Solid fast sessions help me recover much faster.
